What I like most about the Elder Scrolls music is that you can here in any song that you're listening to the Elder Scrolls. It is one unique sound that can rarely be found amongst video games. Good job, Jeremy Soule!

I don't think Morrowind choir really belongs in this theme. Mainly since it's not morrowind. I like the short version more because it gives 5th part more unique feel. Kind of like Lord of the Rings had different main themes, going from more...happy fantasy to epic dramatic/closure-like.

The theme from Morrowind is my favorite from any game, mostly because Morrowind was the first RPG I ever played and was the first game I really, genuinely became addicted to playing. Not to mention the theme itself is quite beautiful.

This is like the theme from my childhood transformed into something absolutely epic and powerful. I keep coming back to this video just for the mix of nostalgia and excitement the bridge gives me. :)

Well, Oblivion's Theme is based of Morrowind aswell, but it's harder to recognize.

But I know exactly what you mean.

Even though I got Morrowind after Oblivion.. I fell in love with the Morrowind Theme.

And when I heard this EPIC Skyrim version.. Wow.. Just chills upon my spine. They didn't go away for like 5 mins after the song ended.

:54 to 1:15 was so amazing it brought a tear to my eye. It reminds me of playing Morrowind years ago. Skyrim is the most anticipated game of my life. No other RPG can compare to the Elder scrolls series.

@Arby4life Arena didn't have a title theme. This particular theme started with Morrowind, and I believe they are going to keep it for the rest of the series (who knows how many more renditions).

I definitely rate this one above Oblivions, however Morrowind's will always have a special spot in my heart. It's much gentler and easier to listen to, however that makes it poor for an actual title theme.

You DO realize that Morrowinds, Oblivions, and Skyrims theme are all the same tune, just with different instruments and tempos, right...?

It's called an Arrangement. Oblivion's theme is an arrangement of Morrowind, the original use of the theme. Skyrim's theme is an arrangement of Morrowind, the original use of the theme.

Also about your "people think its a remake of oblivions theme" it sounds way more like oblivion's version than morrowind, only thing that makes it like morrowind's is the drums at the beginning lol.
