@agentsoftherepublic actually if you look at the pieces they are probably flipped. Don't look at the 3d model. It's always one direction.

i can download ur files now. i can see them. but i cant adjust anything. because im using pepakura viewer. thats the only way i can see ur designs. just having design 3 dont work because ur files are all green which is pepakura viewer stuff for some reason and id eally apprecate it if you could send me ur version of pepakura. i dont need any other of ur works just the program. ive tried getting it free and i dont wanna pay 38 $ to be able to save stuff to it

i set the scale for the iron man helmet to 1.525 (like you did in this vid) but it doesnt look right in the 2d side

@GILLopolis I didn't say to scale everything 1.52. You really missed what I said. I said Default for the files is set at 1.52. Not to make it 1.52.

@GILLopolis Measure your head; chin to top, should be somewhere around 9". Add an inch to an inch and a half and convert what you got to mm. Put that into the height.

I downloaded the files for Iron Man and i find that some parts (arms, tights, flaps)are only for one side (only left for example) is there a way to reverse the parts for the other side??? grettings...

@zahhhkinnn I think that they're fine. If you look at the pieces. They should be flipped to make the other side. The 3D model might be one way but the pieces flip for right and left parts. Look at see what I mean.

@JstyleStudios This program is currently not available for Mac only PCs. sorry.

The paper is 110 lb. Card stock that you can purchase at your local staples or stationary store.

@Db88Mike not at moment. Sorry. I checked the site. It just says "we don't do mac" but nothing a long the lines of a future mac release. There are ways to convert pep files to mac with acrobat reader in PDF format I believe. I've yet to try this out.

What would be the best brand for card stock? you see i live about 2000 miles from the closest staples but i can order off of amazon but the main brand they sell is wausau. it is 110lb but is it good? I want to take making costume armour up as a pet-hobby.

ooh, champions online on you desktop. Any thoughts on replicating the armor pieces from that? considering how 'modular' the game is, all you'd have to do is build a few pieces, and rearrange them for desired effect. Maybe even work out something with NCSoft to sell for cosplay, and they'd certainly give you the hookup for the models. Definitely scalable due to modularity. Not sure if there would be enough demand to justify costs, though, but hey, if you enjoy doing this...

@PSINGstar when you resin it, if it's too weak the part will warp and just not be the shape you need it. I HIGHLY suggest you not use regular printer paper
