This song (and video) were part of the soundtrack of my life back in 2001 and 2002. It was a time of big change for me, and this song brings those days back to mind. Wonderful song. Always wanted to see them play live.

A lovely song - but this video, for the sake of commercialism, downplays her fiddle playing (she gets a few seconds, at most) in favor of focusing on her face. It's just wrong to do that to her - she's as talented as her male counterparts. This was all about marketing.

If you look through the comments here, you'll see that many draw attention to her physical attributes, and that's all. Many make no mention of her musical talents. Yeah, I understand. In their other songs however, all three of them get equal play time in their songs. This song is about aesthetics I think, rather than her talent. I suppose its understood that she already is extremely talented on her instrument.

my dear you are getting worked up over simply nothing. In this song and video she is showing more so her singing ability yes they zoomed in her face , but as the time what was "in" with videos , back when they still made and spent more time airing them on CMT , MTV, VH1 and others. Yes many find her attractive but the phrase I most here with her is " Beautiful song and beautiful girl".

Thank you for your comment; I understand your perspective. However, I'm considerably older than most viewers here; I have a different view. I've been around longer, and I've seen what happens to women in music. When I was young, Heart was a popular band that included female musicians. Try viewing a Heart video and not finding comments about the weight gain of Ann Wilson - the most riveting female rock singer in the last 30 years. I'm sensitive to this for a reason: I care about people.
