I gained ten pounds the first week I started lifting and I wasn't dehydrated or dieted down past my natural body fat to begin with. Man fuck some of you youtube people.
For those of you who say that 16 pounds in one week is impossible then think again... @ke422azn sorry they don't don't make shoes in manlet sizes (boohoo) btw they are cross trainers, which helped me lift 585. Can your "weightlifting" shoes make you do the same? Judging by your videos I'd say no.

@ShamusMcAnus I prefer aesthetics over useless pure strength that will never be utilized in a day to day life. Deadlifting 500 at 6 feet tall is good enough for me.

@ke422azn I've seen your body Michael Ke, not exactly aesthetic in my opinion. You use such crappy form on your lifts that you're an injury waiting to happen. Use proper form and not only will your lifts improve so will your body. I'm not trying to be a dick, all that I'm saying is utilize it to your full potential. I've been training for over 20 years and i think I've done the best that I can given my disadvantages in the height department.

@ItsGambitFromBklyn Well a long time. I've been training for over 20 years but didn't really start going heavy with the deads until 10 years ago. I was stuck at 500 for the longest time. Now I usually don't go for max lifts. I feel it more doing reps with 4 or 5 plates.
