  • ok i'll fight fearmongering with even more fearmongering. if you think your child is out cruising around, drinking, and doing drugs, and you bug their car you'll catch them once, but most people try not to get caught again, they will ride with someone else the next time and someone else's kid's judgement and driving ability may not be as good as your kids thus making "teen tracking" a waste of time, money, and might even lead to even worse behavior then first suspected.

  • What would you pay to find your daughter's vehicle if she didn't come home at night? What would pay to prevent a fatal accident because your son has a habit of speeding? What would you pay to be able to track your wife on a long road trip alone? It is about safety, not spying. GPS won't stop drunk driving, riding with friends, etc. It is a tool to improve your chances in an emergency or to prevent an emergency It is not a replacement for a caring parent-child relationship. :)
