I agree.. The pencil liner was good for someone 40 or over ish. A more mature look.
But liquid liner should never be done in one smooth stroke starting in the center of the eye.. it will just make the center look thick and your eyes close together.

this is the worst video for eyeliner ever!!!!!
the lady didnt know what she was talking about and her liner looked like crap.
she doesnt even look like she has any type of eyeliner on.
