Irkens can only live for 10 min without their Pak, Dib brings it to his dad and Zim gets Gaz to help by saying Dib took her GS2 and he jumps up and puts his Pak on at the last second. Vasquez was planning to have him not get it since the show was being cancled anyway but Nick wanted to keep him alive in case they ever decided to continue it.
