I retired Grid this week for Vuhdo which you can make look like Grid. Grid's seperate modules took too long to be updated after the patch and the range arrows and sound effects that Vuhdo makes when debuffs go out is was just too much for me to go back.

Grid was great for the 3 years I used it though I went from a scrub to a legend after getting it but, something better was bound to come a long.

P.S. Having health bars dropping down > R/L u never say "Heal the tank he's going left!!! LOL

You can use just grid to heal btw... make mousover macros. Beats the living daylight out of clique for ppl who prefer keybinding over clicking. I'm one of them :)

You could say that because that's what he's doing. You'll generally also want to watch what's going on around you, debuff the players, move outta aoes, and different classes heal differently. Some are "fill it when it empties" others are "don't let it empty"

Open up the grid menu, go to layout or frames, there should be a list. Solo, 10 man, 25 man, whatever it says. There should be a drop down arrow, open it up and click on how many people you want to show on your grid in that solo, 10 man, 25 man. Solo meaning, by yourself of course. Hope you understand lol. If not, look up a Grid tutorial. =)

Not canceling casts when the target is at 100% is pretty fail, you're at 75% mana before you've actually HEALED anything... just healing topped off targets =/

idk. i dont use grid anymore, but it's alot more organized than healbot(which I also used to use)

only addons i use for my 80 resto druid(which I LOVE) are AGUI (UI interface) and Userkey Bindings by Quel. While healing, I don't really pay attention to my own health bar, so I tend to get hurt and dont realize it because im busy healing, and alot of the time in heroics, i would die. so I got another addon called PowerAura to give me a visual cue around my character when I get low on HP.

Im using grid (Ditched healbot recently) because healbot spams me with errormessages (In arenas specialy and ye I do update from time to time) and grid simply looks much neater.

For the diseases and cure poison etc I use decursive.

This is a certain section of the game called 'healing'... although in this video you cant see anything but a certain addon called grid. This Video isn't about the game itself but more about a certain section of the game in which you heal other people to keep them alive and allow them to kill bosses etc.

I dont think so. Sure you can use no addons at all, healing is possible without them, and you can heal well without them, but you can potentially heal better WITH addons.

Thats why they exist, they're not eyecandy or anything like that, they're meant to make healing easier, which they do.

I dont know about others but I want to be as good as I can, and only addons can give me that and I dont think I suck.

You probably have your right mouse button allowcated to a clique bindng...check your clique settings to see what heal you have bound to it, I had same issue until I changed it.
