in most cities.. velodromes are everywhere. it's just way more regulated in japan, cuz they are degenerate gamblers. like in eu, they have 6 day festivals of track racing, but everyone is so drunk, and smoking inside, it's terrible and riders hate conditions. very tough to earn a living at this.
