Love the audio, but I could live without all the footage of babies with guns!! I'd like it a LOT better if it was just the back and forth shots between Lisa Marie and her dad. I’d also like the arrangement much better if the last line of the song had still been “and his momma cried…” . That element is, IMHO, one of the most strking aspects of this song, the full circle it makes, which is driven home by that last line. But still, it was really nice hearing this father-daughter duet! :)

People don't give Lisa enough credit for her musical talents. I really like this video and I also buy Lisa's music. Keep them comin Lisa...you have plenty of fans out here that love you and your Dad! I was 17 when your Dad died and remember exactly where I was and what I was doing. It was a very sad day. My Dad also died when I was 10 yrs old and I know how it feels. here's the thing Elvis and Lisa are from 2 different times in the world. Music has evolved. Yes Elvis was amazing and still is, but Lisa has a unique voice all on her own. Yeah maybe she wasn't blessed with Mariahs voice, but her voice is beautiful in her own right. I think its original and amazing.

Yes but when impoverished,how easy is it to get a gun and turn to crime is MY POINT.Also I wanted to get across that we need to see this up close and in our faces and not hide it,this video was taken what middle to late seventies(maybe) and Elvis knew it then that being poor and hungry and having nothing how easy it was to get young KIds drawn into crime with weapons involved, them not know how to properly use them,ultimatley LOSEING THEIR YOUNG LIVES,leaving momma's behind greiving.

@nhaluta tracy u r correct,, if u know the big E..He was born down around fulton and i ashamed i forgot the town cause its part of the area where i live.. its in ms...during his time that area was in more poverty than in memphis which is where i live and 1 1/2 hr dr todays times but back then he could make a days trip of it...poeple picked up guns and robbed others and shot things up ,,to make it worse the south is still racially divided ..he picked his guitar up and historty was made
