  • ohhh my bad! its 2 35s and 2 45s.. i thought it was 3 45's and 1 35.. and plus another 5 on each side i didnt add.. ohhhh it is 410 lol

  • actually thats 420.. 3 45's, a 35, 10, 5, and a 2.5 on each side.. 45X7 is 315.. 315+70+20+10+5=420 bud.. nice lift!

    yeah but I have court Nov. 4 so I'm thinking they are waiting till then to arrest me on my violation warrant so they don't have to look for me. My bond is only $100 so I (should) get out that same day.

    doing 380 8 times would put me at having a 1 rep max of around 485-485. my max is 455. and why 380? that's a random number lol. I workout with 325 for 10 reps and 5 sets.

    oh wait! it's 405.. I was sooo off lol. Doesn't matter though cause my max is 455 as seen in my other video I have on here :)
