  • The same thing that makes a kettlebell better/different than a dumbbell.

  • I already work with a set of 53lbs kettlebells and was thinking of moving up to 70lbs. but now im thinking maybe i might invest in a set of clubbells instead would they compliment each other or would i be better off sticking with one or the other?

  • Clubbells are much more versatile than kettlebells for the same reason kettlebells are more versatile than dumbbells.

  • So what makes this any better than kettlebells?

  • Mostly leveredge and being able to make grip microadjustments. Both combined are better than any one alone though.
