@Rawk4Life I would guess that the audience is laughing because the performer is making a phone call during his act (a silly thing to do) in front of a huge real estate sign with a phone number displayed on it. The audience probably put these two things together and, upon realizing they were in a comedy club (a place where people go to laugh), incorrectly decided that this was a “laugh out loud moment.” If anyone is looking for proper "lol moments", I would refer them to Rawk4Life's video.
