i'am thinking of getting this dslr for astro-photography,does the full size sensor make a difference?

Becouse he has telescope with aprox zoom of x200 he was able to record it with tri pod couse of lots of free black space.
Check my moon vudeo, where is Skywatcher 250px with x708 zoom.
