When I was at the conference, we all applauded and yelled A LOT... because of the noise, I didn't realize he said "I've always wanted an Oprah moment" LOL sooo funny!
I am making the google conference a must-attend yearly event.
"Early Bird registration fees are $300 through May 1st, 2009. Attendees who register after May 1st will be charged $400. The academia (for students, professors, faculty & staff) registration fee is $50."
I'm a student Oo
In my country (Belgium, Europe) this device cost 450€ xD
and please try to remember Linux is still waiting for your support in many of your products (gmail video/audio, Google Earth Plugin, Chrome just to name a few)
Web is the platform indeed. Its great to see that Google pushes this platform forward hopefuly in a open way. Without openess, diversity would dissapear and without diversity the web would stop getting better.... and well... fun =)
Can't wait to see tommorrow announcement... maybe web3.0 related? maybe Google Squared?
This Keynote thing is very important,.
