Does Patti only keep her dogs in kennels when company is around? That makes sense since she has said in the past that at least one of them has a behavior problem. why are those precious angels not running somewhere in the house? i know they are taken care of , but i hate seeing dogs living in kennels. i rescued pit terriers for years. its just sad. they need socialization, love, and EXERCISE. you can't exercise enough in a "house" that is only big enough for you to walk a few steps turn, walk a few steps.. i love ya patti, always will, but get them dogs at least length long runways to run! play, etc..

@indibabs122275 it is NOT sad for those dogs to be in kennels while ONE IS MENSTRUATING and there are strangers in and about the property filming a show. A rottweiler and other LARGE DOGS are not the same as having a terrier roaming in the house. If you think its fun to have to pick up large turds and clean up urine all the time, you can have 6 dogs roaming your home.. with dog hair everywhere if you want to.. but as a dog owner and lover, I WOULD HAVE to have some kennels for my pooches too!

Patti is a beautiful person and I love her house. But I am an avid animal person, and it is wrong and inhumane to keep those big dogs in those small cages like that. I cannot believe that she would do that. Sorry Patti, but if I knew her or was around her , I would most definitely call the inhumane society about that and I would give her hell.
@tommiexander dogs don't mind being in kennels they feel safe and secure in them and they feel they're off duty when in them. they see it as their den which is always small in the wild anyway. I'm sure they get exercised when camera crews aren't on the premises. Patti was letting everyone know if you come to her house you ain't getting on her property. she had guard dogs.
@tommiexander It may also interest you to know that she doesn't live on the block alone, she has neighbors around her who have been complaining about her large dogs roaming around without the benefit of a leash and her neighbors want her off the block. She was also being very conscientious of the camera crew and her help seeing as one of the female dogs she'd mentioned, was in heat and had aggression issues. It is not inhumane to think of others protection and safety with such large dogs around.

Besides, aggressive large dogs are not safe around strangers( i.e. camera crew and household help), especially large female attack dogs that are in heat and/or have aggression issues. It is also not very sanitary to have large dogs inside a house, especially not one as emaculate and sanitary as Patti's. She is somewhat a germa-phobe as I've seen her interview about on several talk shows. So that wouldn't be in her best interest.
Its not a celebrity thing, or a diva thing, she is a woman who is kind, caring, loves people and most of all loves God. And dont think you can take her kindness for weakness. It seems not so nice these days, as ppl treat their dogs like royalty, but trust me, my family in South Carolina wouldn't bat their eyes at it. Doesn't make it right, just offering you some context.

But then again I know she can be gracious. It all depends on how you approach people with issues. And for them to just want her off the block, sounds like a pretty ignorant approach already.
She sold it recently...I wonder where she moved to. Anyone know?....and Ive heard from a few people thats she's had a home in the Caribbean form some years now.
im not sure if she still lives in it...im pretty much sure she does that house they showed on the holiday special the one everyone was claiming to be her new home...tha wasnt her house...but i rode paa her house about a week ago and i still see black people on the property...actually patti is the only black person back in the lil community in which she lives...
