I noticed you just saw a safety announcement video for Delta. If you have Microsoft windows, there is a program you can use to record it with called sound recorder. In your PC click on Start/All Programs/Accessories/Entertain­ment . Sound recorder. You can save the sound from that video. I use a payware program called Creative Media Source

If you don't have a joystick, Flight simulator is already set up to use the keyboard to fly the aircraft. When you opt to use the joystick, then you need to set up your FS for that purpose. It's very basic....Do you have flight simulator?
