Manjula Aunty, I love the way to teach, u r a great cook. for me you r the one who taught me entire cooking from scratch. I would love to meet u some day. And ya, just to make you feel proud, people love the dishes cooked by me, everyone at my in-laws place is a fan of my cooking now. and it is all because of u. Thankyou so much
Thank you for this recipe... I have eaten asparagus from the can but, have been interested in preparing from raw... plus I am trying to incorporate more health dishes
using ginger... which I think is good for the digestive tract... so thank you, I will try this recipe..
Manjula, I absolutely love watching your videos! You always prepare such mouth watering dishes. Thank you so much for sharing and teaching us how to cook authentic Indian cuisine. I've learned a great deal and my cooking skills have definitely improved.
Thank you Manjula! I never ate asparagus before I met my girlfriend and when she requested them as a side for dinner I looked up recipes and found yours. It is amazing, I now love asparagus, thank you!!!
I have the garlic/ginger paste that I made and have left over, has anyone tried it with that mixture instead of just ginger? I love your recipes Manjula and how you say Namaste at the beginning of each video. You have such a wonderful light around you ;o)
I'm not a vegetarian, but I paired this dish with some pork chops seasoned with chile powder and rosemary...they complimented each other perfectly. Wonderful recipe!
Wow, that looks scrumptious. I can't wait to make this. Asparagus is starting to come into season now, so it's a good recipe to have. My husband loves it, and loves ginger. This will definitely be added to our menu.
LOOOVE! Thanks for the recipe :) Will post a video about ginger this week on my vid. I'll make sure I share this link on my vid for this recipe :)

thanks for the great videos :-)
instead of breaking the asparagus stems
you can peal them, from the middle downwards, with a pealer
(while on the cutting board so they don't break)
and so you have double the amount
and no hard fiber.
it's also good for broccoli.
