@mstas3 what brand are you using? stila's eye kajal is SOOOOOOOOOOOO creamy and soft. it glides on. you barely have to put pressure. it literally sweeps over your skin in one swoop.

@mstas3 i had the same prob, i recommend barry m kohl black liner (not the retractable one), light the tip of the pencil with a lighter for 2 secs no more , blow gently for 10 seconds then apply on waterline gentley, do not apply too much pressure or you'll have black gunk all over as the tip is still soft and has not set properly. The line will be more immense and will have much more staying power even for the watery eyes.
