I bought a pair of reeboks shape-ups and was so disappointed so I went out @ searched @ finally got me a pair of skechers @ let me tell u I have one word for them COMFORT!!!!!! They r truly the shoe to have if u truly want to get around @ make a difference in ur weight loss @ look good doing it....

Shape Ups are still Skechers poor quality and I found the materials used in the shoe made them uncomfortably hot. I was hoping to save a few bucks (and these are still spendy) because I swear by MBTs. This shoe is a pretty cheap imitation and blatant rip off and doesn't approach the level of quality and innovation of the MBT. Some people might like these, but a Sketcher is still a Sketcher...

I bought a pair yesteday and they so comfy. I take a d width but they fit me perfectly. I think you can only buy these at a Sketchers store. I can't see Sketchers allowing other companies to sell their shoes.

you cannot tone muscle, you can only build muscle and lose body fat so the muscle you built shows.

you spent 2min telling people how to walk and all of this can be done with simple basketball shoes.

there is so easy way to get in shape stop being lazy. it is also impossible to target fat loss so you have to do multiple exercises, you cant just burn fat from just your legs

Are they good for balance? Does it feel like walking in sand? I would buy these if it improved my balance, as it definitely needs improving

They simulate walking on sand and improve your posture.

@mrscontarino I agree, I was skeptical at first but once you wear them it makes walking so much easier, totally effortless, I was suprised on how comfortable they were, like snug pillows around your foot it's been the best $100 I've spent on shoes in a long time.
