Actually he is not rich. I'm from East Texas and my husband saw him shopping at WalMart. He is probably one of the poorest politicians at the Whitehouse. I think i heard that he is in debt brcause he is trying to help his daughters pay off college loans. He seems like a good guy in person and he is a very honest politician. I don't get the connections the subtitles are trying to suggest. He seemed to be saying we need to create more energy so that prices will go back down.
