i started doing the exercise in the begining of January went up to 50x per exercise i did it without the video just alone and it gave me some burn but now that i did it with the video it was more like a cardio than an ab workout! so now im trying 60x well see wht happens
If you want abs, get on a bike, get on an elliptical. Crunches are only a supplement to cardio. Get your blood pumping oxygen and hormones efficiently if you want any kind of change to your body. If you're doing 45 min of cardio 3-4 days a week, these videos will work like magic. Let me clarify that I don't have abs.

@vegana13 U change the lvl when your body is ready. It is batter to lvl 1 perfect than changin lvls fast. When you do lvl 1 and your muscles arnt tired so u change lvl 2 and do it every ather day. I hope this advice will help you, cozz i did the same and now i can see my abs.
Dude, level 1 and level 4 look the same because it contains the same exercises. But level 1 is very easy with just 30 repeats, while level 4 is much harder with 60 repeats. Do just one level - if you can do level 4, than do just level 4. If it is to hard for you, go back to level 3 until you become stronger and than try level 4 again. Greetings dude

i've been creative i have my mobile phone and play the level 4 vid but ive taken a piece of paper and attached it on my mobile phone then ive drawn lines on the paper were every excercise begins and i rewind the vid back after one excercise is done and do it again now i do 120 reps on each exercise... i finally feel something burn:D.... lol (srry for my bad english)

Then it's like you didn't do a god damn thing,if you for example put the legs on the ground instead of putting them in the air. @noobtubingpirate Dude I think your wrong, if you keep your legs of the ground your constantly putting stress on the muscles which after a short amount of time will cause the muscle to tear apart and that as you probably know, isn't good. That's why in EVERY workout they don't tell you do cross arm crunch for 2 minutes, its not good for the body! at all! p.s. if you want the real P4P channel shows a video about how to do 4 times abs :)

@MrJustListeningMusic if you can recover fast enough then doing it everyday is okay but most people cant. i suggest you look up how muscle mass is incrased. u always neeed the rest, for your body to recover and get the abs stronger

@noobtubingpirate Dude I think your wrong, if you keep your legs of the ground your constantly putting stress on the muscles which after a short amount of time will cause the muscle to tear apart and that as you probably know, isn't good. That's why in EVERY workout they don't tell you do cross arm crunch for 2 minutes, its not good for the body! at all! p.s. if you want the real P4P channel shows a video about how to do 4 times abs :)

@noobtubingpirate Thanks allot man! :) Iv'e started doing what you said for only two exercises now and now I was able to do all the 40 like you said! It was hard but it was my best work out EVER! I felt my muscles just burning and it was awesome! The rest for the muscles is when you lift you legs up, the hole way down and the way up is all muscle construction! Thx dude helps allot! @therealdonut45 my abs are at the point that i have a six pack... but when level 5 comes out and i'll do that for 2 weeeks i'm sure i have a perfect six pack... and yes i've did it always every day, started 4 months ago. no i feel them burn while doing excercises but after i don't feel any pain or something.

@MrJustListeningMusic if you can recover fast enough then doing it everyday is okay but most people cant. i suggest you look up how muscle mass is incrased. u always neeed the rest, for your body to recover and get the abs stronger
