I'm going next month, do they still have the TRON encore? I've always wanted to go since I saw ElecTRONica and this last year, but I didn't have the means.
@Caddo70 terrible and unreliable camera. beware of buying. get a camera with a better lens. unless you really need to save money. camera can break very easily..
can you tell me where you were standing when you took this video, and was it as easy to see by eye as it was in the video? this looks like the perfect place to stand to watch the show!!
@CLyane I was standing in the Yellow section in the very back or top viewing area directly behind the planter railing. As long as you get a spot anywhere behind a railing where no one can stand in front of you you'll have a good view of the show.
i was there last week and the cast member she kept telling me to stay cause the added a new scene yesterday, i really like it. tron = world of color is great.
liked how california screamin and the ferris wheel lighted up too !! hope they add more !
@twist58 you are mean and cruel. You are not a disney fan Disney fans dont talk like that. I was born in CA i know waht Disneyland is. If you knew all the new additions they made to DCA, you woul dbe upset too. I am a hardcore tron fan but DCA is losing its feel Theyve turned DCA into a TRON LABEL its barely even a park anymore. I love WOC and im just saying they didnt need to put a triailer at the end of the show. DCA doesnt feel like DCA anymore too much TRON. once this movie blows over, yes..

@JeremySheer Is all you can add to the conversation "this tron stuff is taking away the feel of DCA"? You need to grow an imagination. In case you missed it, Disney makes a habit of changing things. In a few years the DCA you know will be GONE. Its slowly being replaced by a new vision because the old DCA SUCKED. There are FAR more people out there who think the Tron segment is great. In short if you dont have something to add to the conversation...Keep your pie hole shut.

Ariels new ride is coming....and so is star tours II next year...TRon is sucking up all the feel of it. No imagination just a big fat PR for the park and thats NOT what DCA is all about. its not really a Good encore even!
@JeremySheer I think you should shut up and color while the grown ups are talking. "Hype" is called advertizing by grown-ups. Grown-ups understand that this is how large coorperations like Disney make the money they use to do the neat things we like. Do you think ALL of the money being poured into DCA right now came from within the 2 parks in Anaheim? At least part of the 3 BILLION dollars being put into DCA came from movies...If a 3 minute add-on to a show helps them achieve that goal. Great.

Yes TRON was the last Buena Vista Production, BUT if you watch the whole show it celebrates animation...It just seems like DCA is doing this encore because they can. and Because there juicing up ElecTRONica which is a complete waste. Kids can barely go in their because of all the alcohol and clad dancers. its a great place for 3 hours and thats about it. Im just saying I love Tron

I saw the Tron part so many times when I went to CA Adventure! It looks so cool in person it was a great idea it looks so epic!!!

There is really nothing wrong then promoting the film. Its only temporary anyway.
Walt Disney himself was no stranger to synergy. He loved to promote his characters in Disneyland. Like Davey Crockett and Zorro.
Walt even had the Babes in Toyland sets on display in the Opera House to promote the film.
