It usually happens 2-3 weeks before Derby and all the derby parties, etc.
This was filmed on the LOUISVILLE, KY side.
Not on thh INDIANA side. Keep that in mind.
Jealous people that can't be at the KY DERBY or see THUNDER OVER LOUISVILLE in person will post anything.
