Maxwell was so much fun to battle for me because I had to play the games 3 times over again because I never figured out how to find him but one day I found out how to do it and i made Sheena, Presea, Colette and Raine fight him and they won on the first try. =) And I had all the girls on auto. LOL!

ummmmm....u do kno that u have to equip the gems that Gnome, Udine, Efreet and Sylph gave you? U take those 4 and only those 4 and equip them to your 4 main ppl that u will use THEN talk to him.
Maxwell is in the city in the sky in that house where you meet the elf who knows raine and genis' mom. walk around the house and behind it you'll find a long trail that leads to maxwells spirit slab. make your team wear a garnet, ruby, aquamarine, and opal and you'll fight him! ^_^
can somebody please tell how do you get out of welgaia after you have got the dherris emblem???? i got it at the end of the game but i couldnt get out of there so i had to fight mithos and then the game ended! i was sooo mad i didnt know what to do :(
Go to the Elders house but don't go through the door. You can go around the house by going to the right of the door and running along the side of the house.
Easy. Equip all the summon rings you have and head for the flying city. Find the hidden path in the back and you'll come up to a LONG thin bridge. In the back is a summon stone. When you touch it without fulfilling some of the requirements, nothing will happen. But if you have, then Maxwell will appear to do battle.
Having a Compound Unison Attack would've helped. Having Raine do Ray instead of Photon in the Unison Attack would've been good too cause it looks like the guy is weak to light.
Maxwell has no weakness. Ray is really good for big targets but I wanted to keep Maxwell still. I probably could have used Omega Tempest though for Photon Tempest.
