You should look into Seo Taiji's stuff; if it wasn't for him, NONE of the K-Pop/K-Rap/K-Rock (pretty much all popular music) acts you see out right now, including Se7en, wouldn't be doing what they do. Seo Taiji and Boys were the first ever to incorporate dance moves and popular "Western" Urban sounds and music into the Korean music industry. Not knowing him would be like not knowing about Michael Jackson when describing Pop music, or Black Sabbath/Led Zeppelin when describing Metal.
