#1 Don't hop or jump. A lot of people watch pro's jump and they imitate it. Bad Idea..
#2 Your racket head speed slows down after you make contact. Push through the swing all the way. If you get into this habit of muscle memory, your body will automatically loosen up at certain parts of your body because of the habit you've formed.
#3 At point of contact you're all wrist. That means the swing you did prior goes to waste. Stretch your arm more.
Also try rotating your hips and shoulders more, youre not fully following through, and your racket should end up sligghtlybehind your shoulder. Im only 15, but i hope this helps. Oh and another thing your moving your feet well, when moving to the ball, but once youve hit it, rotate your hips and shoulders and your right foot should end up in front of you slighlty more.
It looks like you are contacting the ball at your side and you should be contacting it more out in front. Once you get used to that, it will make for more power and a less awkward feel on the hit.
i think u should put ur left foot out in front more and bend ur knees so the ball goes in more.....but iam 14 and iam not really sure if wat iam saying is right lol
An intresting follow through, maybe if you didnt have your racket tucked in so much maybe you could generate more top spin, but i thought you hit the ball well, with good length :)
Seem like you played PingPong a lot,
your forehands like mine when I switch to Tennis.
you can always correct how you hit, full swing if you can I think most people say follow thru.

Extend your racket arm away from your body more. Your elbow is to close to your body, it should not be tucked in.

youre catching your racket too early, and try to swing more freely.
