  • That was the deal of the year. Have had a 2100 (Craigslist-$160, all original) for a few years, after a succession of Hoovers (my Celebrity cannister model lasted 28 years and I don't have a single photo of it, let alone a video). Grandma always had an Electrolux. Now I know why. It's powerful, quiet and light.

  • Actually Pete the 2100 was not just available in Canada. A neighbor of my moms bought a 2100 here in the US in 1983 and used it until about 1999.

  • looks like the one i have but the hose is different and the power nozzle is slightly different

  • 399 canadian or american, a GREAT find

  • This is a good model and is fairly lightweight.. I have tried to locate one on ebay, but none seem to be in as good a shape as this one.. Any plans to sell this one? Enjoy your vids, keep them coming.

  • I hope this is a special for your collection in Ontario.

  • My aunt who live in Canada had that same model they are very nice, I have not had any luck at salvation army or goodwill. Congrats on the find

  • I don't get it...if the vacuum works perfectly, why would someone just give it to the Salvation Army?

  • Who knows why. The other day I also found an upright Panasonic Performance Plus at the Salvation Army that I can't see as having ever been used. Good model as well, steel brushroll, quick draw hose, etc..Was probably about $300 new a year or two ago.

  • @pkguy3 are u able to make a video fo ur whole collection?
