The finalised earrings are accessories, however they are attached to 'dummies' which have physics applied.
There are some good tutorials available on reallusion forum

was the earring an "accessory"?
If not, and its just an attached/linked then how did you make it hang?
I can't get my character to hold a paper that has softbody physics settings... it just falls.
Flex base worked, but I couldn't tweak it enough to move like paper.
