@elvizurbina It is worth it. It gives alot of horsepower, and turbo lag should not be a problem, maybe a tiny bit but that is it. Do not worry about it. Your car will be more powerful and be able to breathe better. And i suppose it will give you that "aggresive look" if that is what you mean.

I'm guessing that is a csracing ebay FMIC kit? I'm running the same one on my Sti Type-ra limited. I like the way you flipped it over to keep the piping shorter and safer and I'm thinking about doing the same.. did you need to buy any extra piping? Let me know next time you guys come to over to

one thing to remember kids after you install a front mount or even a larger cooler check your boost levels are the same, you can get boost drop across a bigger cooler and longer piping

@lmonty007 Possibly, the cuts are pretty minor plus any weakened spots were re welded with extra bracing. Pretty minor compared to how much you have to cut on some cars!

Like 1996 and before BMW's you didn't need the clutch in to start it, 1997 and after you do.

It's just stupid if you ask me, under regular situations I would start it clutch in anyway, car companies shouldn't force you to.

I drive a 99 Nissan and my gf and her moms car all need the depressed clutch to start.

why would you want a front mount if you have a water to air intercooler cant you just upgrade to a bigger radiator and water to air intercooler???

@gsrangelmon water intercoolers are inferior to air to air intercoolers cause they need some time to exchange heat via water plus they need a pump to work and coolant which ads to weigh and energy loss for the pump! A bigger radiator would do the job but a front mount intercooler is better!

@mcmtv2 If you have time and are keen, measure the turbine wheel inducer and exducer. I have a few spare P18 exhaust housing's from the VF30 and 39. I'm pretty sure the turbine wheel is the same trim. I can send you a housing if you want. You'd be able to squeeze out a few extra kW at slightly higher RPM without much lag from the stock housing.
