Not at all. But it's hard to believe that a dealership that generates the numbers that High Desert does, has TONS of very satisfied customers, and treats everyone (that I've seen) very well would single you out to sell a defective bike to. You say they knew about it. Maybe they did, maybe they didn't. But I put that responsibility on the buyer. When I buy used, I check it over well, to include Carfax, etc. Learn the ropes first.

These people are crooks. They sold me a used Sportster that I later found out had been in an accident and had frame damage, and they knew about it.

@rw566 Whatever dude. You don't get the huge number of customers, the huge number of fans on FB, or sell the amount of product that they do by being crooks. I stop in HD dealers in every city I visit, High Desert is one of the absolute best.
