  • some blue green algae is toxic you know

  • You sound pretty bored.

  • Can you send me a Pound of your Chlorella?

  • I hate all these people who have to be so negative toward new ideas like datzfast trying to use that kind of data to mind fuck the inventors why cant they just shut up and welcome the new technologies that will make our world a better place and stop importing so much oil from aroud the world

  • So basically your making oil, food and oxygen. That's pretty cool

  • man my roof top is almost fully covered with this microbial alien plant, ;) the credit goes to monsoon.

  • 0:40 gettin high at work there, buddy? lol

  • but this is huge industrial project with cumborsome hightech apparatus etc .the questn is how to extract oil from algae at domestic level"improvised method" ?

  • @HomoSapien2012 Dry the algae, run it through a screw press, extract 99% of the oil, that's how. Screw press can be driven by oil extracted, closing the energy loop. Algae is dead simple to grow, most people grow it in their ponds by accident. A home made bio-reactor can be run off food scraps to grow algae but it might be easier to just bio-digest the food scraps and extract the methane for energy, which some people are doing instead.

  • @ddnguyen278 do you press it while wet or after you dehydrate the water

  • if mankind is really resposible for Co2 gains in the atmoshere it also has to show a decrease in o2 funny thing though it doesnt.

  • what type of algae do you use?

  • @RevNTheogen

This is a species of chlorella.

  • @davidwgair And how many gallons you can get per I litre of Algae. ?

  • WOW, oxygen, a very valuable gas used in the medical and other essential industries is the only waste product. And then it cheaply and very rapidly produces usable oil without any harm to the enviornment. No oil spills, no soil or water contamination. And its a completely green process that practically any engineer or biologist is capable of reproducing. It is the future of renewable vehicle fuels! Screw corn and soy, the only true sources are algae and sugarcane, fantastic! Take that OPEC!

  • @davedavedaveannoy1 before you pat yourself on the back for saving the world know that the co2 wont be comingfrom the air it will come from coal.

  • @datzfast All the better, we should be taking advantage of excess byproducts of fossil fuels, makes the system more efficient. Thanks for bringing that to my attention, its even more fantastic then my original guess.

  • @davedavedaveannoy1 no problem, and its than my original guess

  • suppose you were smoking or lit a match, would that be enough oxygen to present any hazards?

  • BioCentric Energy has the equipment you are looking at. Lowest cost producer of closed loop photobioreactors on the market. In addition, the equipment results in a very efficient production of algae that has exceeded the company's expectations.

  • They have just entered into a teaming agreement with Renewed Energies Worldwide to provide nutritional algae oil and received a private investment cash infusion of 500,000 tocontinue increase the effectiveness of the equipment . You can go after any product you desire: fuel or food or extracts for pharma, nutriceuticals, and cosmetics.

  • If the lipid trigger discovered by Sustainable Green Technologies proves it is what they say it is, this equipment may be the answer to providing economically feasible algae oil in a mass production setting.

  • thanks for posting this but can you provide a little more info, point us to a book we can buy, company we can consult to set something like this up? what kind of bureaucracy do you have to endure to set up? where do you get the initial algae? etc

  • so now recycle oxygen into a another byproduct of love! wow!
