I've been losing weight despite thanksgiving, a birthday, the occasional snack, and treating myself to keep my sanity. You will lose weight, you will get healthier. If you get the urge to eat something less than healthy once a week or every two weeks, it's ok. Just remember to stay on track. I find I lose more weight when I have a little something every so often.
