Hey Doc, There are NO HARMFUL EFFECTS due to smoking marijuana. I have been smoking marijuana everyday for 14 years. I used to smoke cigarettes before I smoked weed and since I quit smoking "cancer sticks," 5 years ago, my breathing has never been better and I don't wake up weezing with itchy, watery eyes. Cigarettes are the killer, not marijuana.
It's not addictive either. I just got back from a trip and I didn't smoke for 5 days. There were no side affects from not smoking the marijuana.

It seemed like Canada was on the verge of legalization just a few years ago. A conservative government gaining power was certainly a setback. I would humbly suggest that if they ever get close again, they set reasonable terms- yes, free all the pot prisoners and expunge their criminal records. But to ask for financial reparation is the straw that broke the camel's back. That's a term they will never agree to and will be a deal breaker every time.

Today I think it's marijuana in comeptition with lots of drugs that the drug companies are selling to people and on a monthly basis. They give the person just enough to get through a month before they need a re-fill.

Hey Doc, There are NO HARMFUL EFFECTS due to smoking marijuana. I have been smoking marijuana everyday for 14 years. I used to smoke cigarettes before I smoked weed and since I quit smoking "cancer sticks," 5 years ago, my breathing has never been better and I don't wake up weezing with itchy, watery eyes. Cigarettes are the killer, not marijuana.
It's not addictive either. I just got back from a trip and I didn't smoke for 5 days. There were no side affects from not smoking the marijuana.

Pot ain't ever going to be legalized here, and it has nothing to do with it being harmful. Drug companies have monopolized the medicinal markets, and the government beats down their competion to protect the companies profits, pot makes people happy, and a happy society isn't a violent one, hence, the totalitarian system would be in your face because there'd be little crime to fight, and these fuckers are making too much money off property confiscations to piss that whole scam away.

Which is partly the reason why the government is the one that brings hard drugs into our country. Heroin and cocaine don't grow in America, so how does it get here? Yeah, there are some independents, but the CIA will buy a confiscated drug plane off the DEA, and fly it in themselves. Then, it hits the streets, and they roll up their little work horses and take everything they own on top of the initial profits they made from getting it here and selling it in the first place.

It seemed like Canada was on the verge of legalization just a few years ago. A conservative government gaining power was certainly a setback. I would humbly suggest that if they ever get close again, they set reasonable terms- yes, free all the pot prisoners and expunge their criminal records. But to ask for financial reparation is the straw that broke the camel's back. That's a term they will never agree to and will be a deal breaker every time.

Pot was originally banned because of HEMP and corporations like Dupont in competition.
Today I think it's marijuana in comeptition with lots of drugs that the drug companies are selling to people and on a monthly basis. They give the person just enough to get through a month before they need a re-fill.

Today if you had 5 of the symptoms that marijuana was good for, the drug companies would put you on 5 different medications and charge you alot of money for each one. They also wouldn't be in control of the marijuana and they would make no profit from it and they themselves also don't want to take the time to figure out how much marijuana to supply someone each month. They want their top selling drugs to continue to sell.

I don't think the government cares that people are putting THC into their body's, I think the drug companies care because they want their drugs they market and money tons of money off of to be the only thing sold to the public as a medicine. Marijuana was once the number one legal drug in the United States in the 1860s and banned in 1937. It was used to treat over 100 different illnesses.

The United States federal government supplies medical marijuana to about 5 people. Irv Rosenfeld is one of them, he gets 11 ounces a month sent to his pharmacy from the government.
Who says that a pilot is going to fly a plane high on marijuana? A pilot can show up at work drunk too, a pilot can bring a bottle of booze into the cockpit. If people drink or smoke pot they would probably do that at home and not if they are going to work.

The doctors are sort of like a drug companies salesman. They get a new drug on the market, the doctor gives it to someone and says let us know if you have any side effects!
