I know whats going on here, you just slowed down the play speed of the song so the vioces sound deeper, just like how the chipmonks speed up there songs to give them all high pitch vioces

@Dragontaz4 He used a program, most likely audacity to lower the octave of the song and therefore made it sound like a different version. So yes it is the original journey song just lowered. What should have happened though is he should have split the vocals and lowered them and the music would have still stayed the same
