went to waddington air show yesterday and the Vulcan did a demo' ... brought a tear to my eye seeing it in the sky !

didnt take very long for that to take off only took abou 20-30 meters then it was in the air

commentator at southport sunday @2pm said the vulcan could not make it so i went home was i the only one who heard that?

cool vid man gd footage such a legend jet i was at southport air show and when it flew over it awsome thts all i was ther for and the typhoon see i was there on sat but ther vulcan never came so i went back the next day and there it was so happy when it flew over wowowowo!

Hi everyone.Thanks for posting video.I saw this Vulcan way back in 1990-92 at the Barton air-show near Manchester and I couldn't believe my luck when last Sunday (after this take-off)at 3.55pm it actually flew over my house(pretty low and slow)on the way to Southport air show.I live in Ashton-in-Makerfield,Near Wigan,Lancashire.I wonder how many more amazed people saw it also?

Hi nothing else flew to Southport from Brize Norton it is just that the Vulcan is temporarily based there

Yes Brize Norton is just off the A40 between Oxford and Cheltenham. :_)
