in the process of TRYING to lose 100 lbs in 100 days :-) im in day three..ive been eating right but didnt know that exercise to do .. i remember doing Tae Bo in high school and it was great!!! i am 230 and i wanna be 130 :-) Tae Bo can help
@Megan041207 It's great that you're pumped about losing weight, but just keep in mind the real goal is increased fitness. I say this because bodyweight includes muscle, which is denser than fat. So you may see and feel your body changing and pants size getting smaller, but the number on the scale may fluctuate due to increased muscle mass, water weight, etc. So use the scale, but don't be a slave to it, otherwise it may frustrate and discourage you. Scales only tell part of the story.
im gonna try this video the 8 minute work out is really great. thanks for posting this video :) really appreciative of it. trying to loose weight isnt easy but just getting up and starting to work out is a step in the right direction.
@ashley7otaku That's so much better than what my gym class was like. Most of the time they didn't really have any plans so everyone had to either play basketball or walk around the gym in circles (like a track).
@kjkenjen Congrats on your weight lose I lost 50 lbs fr just not eating anything fast food or eating any junk and walking everyday.. But now I have flabbyness everywhere so I need a good toner this loos great... cant wait to start...
About 7 months. I really tried not to think about the scale or pounds, I just enjoyed myself, and still do, and looked at how my clothes were fitting. My weight always seemed like a constant battle but Billy helped me keep it in perspective and feel good about myself. I didn't enjoy exercising until I found his videos.
@vrwhitlockable I know but sometimes at night is the only time I can get it in. For the most part I'll do the little extras on the vids which are about 10min long.
