Man that looks delicious!! Could you do a roast beef one. I want to see how you do yours... I knew you were a real cajun when you said icebox instead of frig.lol.that was great man. I have a dutch oven and i cook in it as often as I can. but i do want to see how you cook your roast. I marinate a roast chuck in italian dressing and garlic and weistershier sause and stuff it with garlic and onions and cellery and green peppers and of coarse brown the roast & add onions green peppers & cellery
