  • question: why is that he prefers the streak lines separated, is it better that the "z" technique?

  • i was gonna ask that too. maybe its because the Z method has more connections between the bacterial colonies. not sure though. :)

  • My lab teacher said you can use both but also recommend this method which I like it to.
