i havent got that issue i have a 1.5 gb graphics card i dont know what modle its going to be a toshiba becouse i have a toshiba laptop 4 gb ram 1.8 ghz intel celeron dual core
I have win 7 ultimate RTM running on 2 different systems. The first system running an intel 975X board with a 8800GTS has this problem, but my older AMD 939 system with a R300 ATI card is smooth as silk. Odd, you would think it'd be the other way around.
Yep I'm getting this too on a Radeon 4850. Would rather leave all the eye-candy on cause it's not too over the top but this is really annoying especially since these animations were perfectly smooth for me in Vista.
Also observing it. 9600 GT nVidia 2.7 Ghz dual core 2MB cache, scoring >6 in Windows Experience Index so hardware power is no issue. Found a handful of these on the Internet, no fix yet.
how can I undo this??

@rawy500 you can't. Windows 8 fixes it ;p

I know it seems like a tiny issue but when I first upgraded Vista to 7 the animation stutter was the first thing I noticed

is it really your graphics, or did you add a slow animation key to the registry?

@mickyd110011 - I used the slow animation registry key to show the problem as it's hard to capture on video otherwise.

@aladar01234 - not that I know of. I guess you would have to use Window Blinds for that.

I have the same problem on my Eee 1000h 2GB Ram and my Desktop (C2D 8200@3.2, 2GB, 9600gt OC).
Vista runs very smooth on both systems, even on my Eee...

Yep, I have the same issue with the RTM and a 8800GT, it annoyed me so much that I just turned animations off.
