Song of Solomon 5:16 doesn't talk about Muhammad. If you take word that Muslims claim is name of Muhammad and find it in other verses in Hebrew bible this is what you will get.

2 Chronicles 36:19 Muhammad destroyed by fire

Hosea 9:6 Muhammad was buried.

1 Kings 20:6 Muhammad taken away from house

Clearly we can wee that Muhammad is not in Song of Solomon 5:16
