I've been working hard to learn how to play "off of" another person lately (so I can jam with friends), and I've been using a ton of your videos--thanks for being a great person to jam with!
there was a Christian Rock band called Petra in the 80's and early 90's.....mixed feelings about them ;) kind of like gospel hair rock ha ha....though there stuff at the end was not too bad.....metal!!!!! (with very high pitched voice :)
I should dig through there discography and cover one or two of there gems. I remember Color Song being the best of their early stuff and I think the rest of my favorites are on Beyond Belief (though I can't recall if they were good, just that I loved that album in early High School).
Re: Dirt Farmer....that is a great album....they have it in the collection at the county library attached to my work...i checked it out a couple of months ago :)
thanks man....sorry about the over all coverage.....it was a bit of a thoughtless quickie....i'll try to get a better over all shot of Tank and playing next time i utilize his 'heaviness' :)
Very nicely phrased, Todd. I love the way you hold back, just a little, on some of the key words. Very few people know how to express the words like you do.
dude, this is great, just like all your others...your site is eating up all my free time trying to watch all your awesome tunes! 125 is there any end in sight?
Lotsa fun! Is that you on bass & vocals, too? Let's get my banjo-uke & your tenor together sometime!

OK you are on speaker and the consensus is..
....all three of us agree you sound really great.
Just me again now. That was a bit weird. Another great version Todd. I really enjoyed it.

Great playing Todd! That must really feel heavy to play after the uke. You play it so well, and you really got my feet tapping!

Hi Michelle,
yes, 'tank' is very heavy indeed :)

I can remember a lot of their songs most are best forgotten. But they had one or two quite impressive ones.

Lovedit- and I notice the bigger strap. I bet "your" standard uke strap digs in a bit on that heavy boy!
UkesterBrown 2 years ago
David,
'heavy boy' is an understatement if you can believe it....it is a very very heavy banjo :)
