@cypherx82 - Hmm, if I'm not mistaken the IW engine was a id Tech derivative. The first COD game ran on a modified Return to Castle Wolfenstein engine, and most of its sequels used a further customised version of it.

It's not funny because it's true, but I was still laughing throughout the entire movie.

Now this is why I'm hoping Bulletstorm will be good. I'm hoping it will put the actual "fun" back into the entire FPS genre. Fuck ranks, fuck cutscenes and real-life guns and fuck those drab corridors. Give me a highscore counter that goes into the millions, a double-barrelled flamethrower and endless waves of dinosaurs for me to shoot!
