Dad Media on Paternity Leave -- Video

It would be amazing to have at least some form of this paternity leave in America. Obama just put a call out to African American Men to connect with their children. Think of how many more African American men would develop a connection with paid time off? One problem I see is that ther would almost have to be a way to make sure husbands/fathers aren't using this time to party or go on vacation, and not spending time with their kids at all. Other then that this would be great here!

There should be a way to make sure moms aren't blowing off their children too.
