That tragedy transcends Uribe's term. It's pretty dumb to concentrate blame on him alone, as if the problem were magically resolved the moment Uribe is out of the picture (something which I hope to see).

While I do think that this protest was extremely far from what I'd like it to have been, Uribe isn't doing "the best job" in Colombia by any means. There are many things that definitely deserve to be questioned about him and his policies, without insults and dumb slogans.
