u know what bluefire people of ignorance that try and take down those with knowledge r fools in their own right. people and movemnts like this one want to keep every one in ignorance and fear.
This guy is stupid. I'm not 100% worry about it, seeing that most Americans that vote do have the mentally stable mind that make sure this doesn't happen.
I'm sorry, but I started laughing when I heard that man talking about renaming D.C. Ridiculous. These kinds of people are creepy, but I don't worry about them because I trust that Americans in general will vote for the most mentally stable and the least religious biased person to become president. At least I would like to think so. Interesting info nonetheless.
We were wondering who their next victims were going to be after they figured out they were losing on the same sex marriage issue. Pagans. OMG! There have been Pagans in this country since before the founding. Why now?
My own personal response to DC 40 has been to post a status update on facebook with a different quote each day showing that our founding fathers supported a separation of Church and State and that they would not support DC 40. It's been my focal point in sending out positive energy as well as spreading awareness to my friends on facebook.
The Christians who are attending DC40 aren't real Christians, because if they were they wouldn't judge people, because that's what it says in the bible that God was the only judge and anyone can receive his grace through redemption by repenting their Sins to him when they meet him in Heaven that's what every church I've been to told me that's when I went to before forging my own path with Paganism.
Once again, christians trying to dictate what we believe. I believe that Columbia is a female reference to Christopher Columbus. It's like christians need their devil to help cultivate hatred.

Prayer event? You are worried about a xtian prayer event?
Perry had thousands of people and several evangalist leaders all praying for rain for poor, drought stricken Texas. Next thing you know, Texas was on fire.
I wouldn't worry much about xtian prayers. Most people know the fundies are nuts. The more they expose themselves, the better.
@BlueFireWitch "using black magic" Considering the results I've seen, they aren't very good at it. n fact, they are awful. They often get the exact opposite of what they are asking for. If they haven't figured it out the last 2000 years, they probably aren't ever going to do it. Don't you have to be concious of what you are doing to do magic in your beliefs?
But yes, the political pandering to them is unsettling. We're already living with the results of past pandering. We don't need more.
@curlew0609 Don't underestimate the power of energy. I started making these videos and then my internet went out for 3 days. Of course I can't prove it's connected, but it's strange.
Petition signed. Although I am an atheist, I oppose any attempt to deny another their Constitutional Rights far more than I oppose anyone's belief system. The same Amendment that gives me the right to speak freely and be an atheist is the same that allows you to worship in your own way. Christian Dominionists - Reconstructionists are evil and must be held at bay before they go and fuck up everything. Consider me an ally.
@deepashtray I am Atheist as well and I support this. I would exactly call them evil, just absolutely blind to any form and/or reason and willful idiots. Maybe some of them are malicious, but the majority just seem stupid.
The things fundamentalists desire to do are simply abominable... So many of them are either idiots beyond all help, or well, just plain malicious -insert profanity here-.
@mentalkitty789 Your name looks familiar... good to meet you. I say they're evil because the leaders of the Dominionist movement are deliberately and willfully trying to turn the U.S. into a totalitarian Christian theocracy. They openly brag about their intentions. I seriously doubt of they'll get very far, but that's what everyone said about the Nazis in the 1920's. It's the followers who tend to be blind or idiotic.
@deepashtray I can only say I hope they don't get very far. While they are quite obviously in the wrong, there are plenty of people to play the part of the sheep in 'God's flock'. What allows idiots to succeed is inaction. I can only hope this doesn't make a big splash or has a proper backlash.
People who are so willfully malicious are just the most disgusting...
@mentalkitty789 We can't lose sight of the fact that Hitler was legally elected into power. Germany was facing some real hard economic times, which adds considerably to the stupidity.
All of these people are the same. Sexist, agenda ridden idiots. Queen of Heaven refers to Hera,Asherah (a pagan Jewish goddess),Ishtar. I can go on and on and on. These people to me, seem VERY communistic. If anyone is trying to create the new world order, it is incidentally the Christian radicals. They have such disrespect for deities who happen to be woman. As well as other counties and their belief systems. Unbelievable. All hail the Queen of Heaven! She deserves it.
"Queen of Heaven" is a dogwhistle for these people. They literally think this refers to a demon oppressing the world and misleading people. Of course they think Catholics and Orthodox aren't Christian because we too worship this demon as the Virgin Mary, so they say. I'm totally with you on this. After they get their way against Pagans, they'll turn on us so-called Christians who have murals of the Virgin at the front of our churches. Dominionism is dangerous for everyone.
These groups are trying to be the American Taliban. It might be time to organize a protest if these Christian dominionists gain power. Just to remind you I back up the Pagans living in the States and I'll join you in what ever I can even if it's a prayer to Ares.
I wasn't happy with my first comment so I removed it and retyped it.
I've distributed the link even to the national CUUPS (Covenant of the Unitarian Universalist Pagans) on Facebook so hopefully that will bring in a bunch of signatures!
yah one thing i'd say to him is we have separation of church and state for a reason.

If you didn't know Churches can award doctorates, has to do with allowing Churches to train there clergy.
Most likely the doctorate is in theology or Bible. Yes Bible one word lol
AuberonDraenenWen 4 months ago
@AuberonDraenenWen I do, I was alluding to the fact that it wasn't an accredited doctorate, but I wasn't sure so I couldn't say.
