The black worm is a nemertean and the tan one is a polychaete. You see the nemertean inject the polychaete with a toxin from its mouthparts.

The have jaws really far back in their mouths. The balloon like structure you see is part of their mouths called a proboscis. You can see the jaws at around 1:20.
