I'm curious to hear your view of the older LXX translation of the Hebrew (concerning Jer 23:5-6). It reads very different than the later masoretic text and doesn't call the Mashiyach "YVHV" as it appears to do in the Mas. text.

1:25"Jesus" is the Greek word Iesous- a meaningless transliteration of a meaningful phrase "Yeshua" In English His name is Joshua ("J" being originally pronounced as a "Y"). What boggles my mind is that people insist on using this greek name despite the fact that it holds no meaning & it wasn't the name given to Him. We say "satan, Shekinah, ba'al & halleluyah" which are all Hebrew yet we refuse to say our Mashiyach's given name, "Yehoshua/Yeshua"? That's like replacing YHVH w/LORD.
