Within a decade or two scientists think they will be able to grow new organs to replace diseases ones in sick people. If we're going to be able to do that in around 10-20 years, then I highly doubt we won't be able to move somewhere else livable by the time the Earth ends!

I think a Sun storm or meteorite will be how the Earth will end. Then again, it could be through tectonic movement with the poles changing and causing some magentic disaster. They missed a biggy - unless we do something technologically, the rocks will eventually absorb all the rest of the CO2 in the atmosphere. Without CO2 photosynthesis stops, and that is the end of all but non-aerobic bacterial life on the planet. That would happen in about 500 million years, according to some scientists. It is quite likely that if humans last that long then something will be done to prevent that happening - all it takes is plentiful energy, enough to reverse the carbonate process.

They say that cats and dogs are overpopulated and pets are required to be spayed and neutered to control the population. well, what about humans? maybe in about 1,000 3,000 years in the future, most of the animal spieces will be extinct, and earth will be drained of its resources, and eventually people will not survive in conditions without these resources. like wall-e we probably will not be able to build a big enough space craft for all the people to leave or planet.

This is when the earth will end. Of cource, it is likely that homo sapiens(humans) will become extinct or will have adapted before this happens.

Within a decade or two scientists think they will be able to grow new organs to replace diseases ones in sick people. If we're going to be able to do that in around 10-20 years, then I highly doubt we won't be able to move somewhere else livable by the time the Earth ends!

By the time we are fully able to halt aging we'll probably have the tools to build some sort of space station or a colony of some sort on Mars or the Moon. NASA found water on the moon a few months ago so if we can build something to provide aid inside a big dome of some sort we'd be set! Crazy? Somewhat. Impossible? Certainly not. Many scientists are predicting this kind of stuff to take full effect by the end of the 21st century.

I think a Sun storm or meteorite will be how the Earth will end. Then again, it could be through tectonic movement with the poles changing and causing some magentic disaster. However, before that happens, mankind could cease to exist due to a number of reasons:- disease, natural disaster, nuclear activities.
