Truck chase, cyborgs, muscled-type lead role just like Terminator 2. And the rest in Universal Soldier is typical mindless action. The humor is clumsy, the one-liners are corny, (ie "You wanna play catch?" during the truck chase), the fight scenes are poorly choreographed. Terminator 2 is WAY better than this garbage in my opinion. Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Ludgren fail.

This is corny as fuck speaking of the lame one-liners. The action looks as if it's ripped off of Terminator 2. I seriously don't care how others think it's a classic. I know for sure that even for it's time it's the complete opposite of Terminator 2's true classic elements in terms of plot, acting, visual effects, and sci-fi action.

This movie is Epic! Cant say how many times I watched this as a kid. Especially this last fight scene. I don't know if there's a better Jean Claude fight in any movie hes done. When he grabs that needle and turns the fight, Fuck yeah!.....
